Real Estate Matters

Last Monday we celebrated the grand opening of our new Siesta Key office with an open house party which was attended by current and former customers, clients, friends and business associates. 

Now we will be able to showcase Sarasota and Siesta Key with its casual lifestyle and natural beauty to our domestic and international visitors and customers while still being centrally located to service the entire Sarasota area.  Located in Crescent Plaza the office is close to the Stickney Point bridge for easy access to the mainland, downtown and the interstate.  Judy Schomaker, broker/owner of Suncoast International Realty emphasized the importance of locating the office near the beach which is one of the main reasons so many people come to the Sarasota area.  

When we introduce the Sarasota area at international home shows in Europe and South America we emphasize the lifestyle and culture of Sarasota and it's important for us to meet with our customers here in an atmosphere that demonstrates our Sarasota lifestyle.  International property investment in Florida will continue to be increase in importance as the dollar exchange rate continues to be very favorable to the euro, pound sterling and Canadian dollar.  Coupled with real estate value adjustments appearing to be leveling, 2008 and 2009 will show a stronger housing market and improving migration trends to our area.
